The StressEraser Pro measures tiny changes in pulse rate (Heart Rate Variability). These changes are displayed as a wave (tachogram). This wave reflects the activity of your nervous system (alternating activating and pacifying). The rate of your breathing and your ability to focus have an immediate impact on your wave.
Autonomic Balance is the new marker for balance between sympathetic nerve (activating) and parasympathetic nerve (pacifying). In history you can see the timeline of Autonomic Balance.
In the training score you see the Autonomic Balance in the moment.

So if the violet frequency (0,04-0,15 Hz) is dominant there is balance
If orange frequency (0,003-0,04 Hz) is dominant stress and (mental or physical) activity are dominant. Green, pacifying nerve normally is not dominant.
HOW IT WORKS? HOW TO START?
Before starting you need to charge the Bluetooth HRVdevice.
a. Connect USB stick with your computer or electric socket or in solar panel socket . Connect the other side of the tire with your bluetooth HRVdevice.
b. The battery should be fully charged in at least 4 hours (a whole night is possible too). If charged connect the ear sensor with the HRV device , put the ear sensor on your earlobe and put the Bluetooth device somewhere close to your Iphone. In your packet you have received a long wired earsensor and a short wired earsensor. You can choose which you prefer.
c. After training with the StressEraser pro it is better to disconnect the earclip-cable from the device, otherwise the battery will unload very soon, and you need to charge again.
d. After charging: Set you iPhone on Bluetooth (adjustments) and you are ready to start. Enjoy and be happy with the succeses!

HOW YOU CAN SEE THE CONNECTION IS SUCCESFULL?
Go to settings of your iPhone. Choose Bluetooth and than you can see different Bluetooth connection. This blue tooth connection is: StressEraser Pro (or BT_HRM).
Click on this name and wait 10 seconds.
Important to know:
-the earclip has to be connected on your ear before the connection is possible. The pulse of the heartbeat will be detected, because the pulse of the bloodvessels in the earlob will be measured and tested by the device
-take care that other iPhones are not too close to your iPhone, otherwise the blue tooth connection can be connected to the other iPhone
HOW DO I KNOW THE EARSENSOR IS CORRECTLY CONNECTED WITH MY EAR?
Put the earclip on your left ear (right ear is possible too, but left ear is more close to the heart). Take off earrings and place the earsensor on a place where the blood-pulse is good (on places of earrings the bloodvessels are closed).
Some people have strong pulse and some have small and thin bloodvessels (cold fingers). In that case it is good to do some activity (walkink 10 meters, or giving a short massage with your hands to activate blood pulse).
With some people the pulse in the pink is better than the pulse in the ear-lob
